MSHEARTS country-issue

When you play internet hearts, you get to see if you play against English/Spanish/Turkish/Dutch etc. people (depending on their IP adress).

BUT if you play against people from Marocco / Algeria / Tunesia / Saoudi-Arabia etc are thrown on the same heap and country origin listed is ARAB.

Why aren't people from the middle-east listed by the real countryname, is MS trying to avoid political issues, like if you play from internet cafee in Gaza city, the country would be: Palestine ? Same goes for mentioning Israel instead of Hebrew (both entities are under dispute to put it mildly)
