Freedom May Seem lost.

Freedom seems lost in these days of despair; our elected officials just don’t seem to care.

They no longer serve their fellow man, but only themselves as much as they can.

They erode our rights, like the oceans shores, a little at a time so mostly ignore.

Until the day they’ve taken enough, that they’ll finally move in swiftly and rough.

But We The People will not allow, these traitors to invade us, and stifle us all.

We’ll do what we can, with the computer and pen, to avoid the bloodshed ahead.

We wish for no violence, and peace through it all, But we must pray that we will not fall.

History has shown us the course of our future, the gaping wound that cannot be sutured.

Will freedom reign upon this great land, as it did in the past, by our ancestor’s hand?

Time can only tell if the people will rise, and take what is theirs, the most sought after prize.

So freedom may seem lost, but do not fear, for we Patriots are here to shed what is dear.

The road may be long and might be a bit bumpy, but freedom will be restored to this beautiful great country.
