Secret Bases In Puerto Rico?

I live in San Juan , Puerto Rico (Is part of the U.S.A.) and there
are several know military bases in here. There are also secret
facilities here.
The Federal Buiding in the midel of the metropolitan area, are
rumored to have several underground levels that not even the
regular government knows about it.

In the top of the YUNKE montain Puerto Rico's National Forest
(Federal ) there is said to be a secret military base at the very
top of the montain. A know actor from Here was detain with some
fiends for several hours by military personel after geting in in the
Yunke late one night. Also in this area U.F.O.'s are seen on regular
bases and people had encounter the "Chupacabrra".

Puerto Rico is very big on U.F.O.'s encounters. Is my beliive that the
Federal government have several secret facilities to deal with the
U.F.O.'s and alien fact and the communication between them for
what ever reason they may have.
