I wanted to post ats site circa 2001 but it is not properly formatted

I think the board script is unable to add two different http urls together to form one url. Can mods fix this?

Use tinyurl.com -- you have to use the "preview" option, as I recall, or ATS blocks it (rightly, to keep people from spam linking.)
