Meaning of Life?

It is the ego that whispers to each of us that the Universe is here for me. The truth is all animate finites are tools in the greatest Cause having nothing to do with that perspective.

Although that seems to be the concensus, I beg to differ. We are not like butterflies that go through the stages of larva, puppa and then metamorphose into glorious colourful flying phenomenon only to live a few days. Our hard spiritual wor gives more rewards.

Our role is more advanced. As we get more entlghtened consciousness rises above the ego level enabling us to bring back memories (or essense of previous lives). As we get better at this, we will remember more. Newly-born babies remember much but not for long.

I believe we are meant to rise in consciousness so that we can perpetuate our experimentation.
