Possible seems/parts of other photo, if two photos used to create this, observed closer in graphics programs, circled in yellow. Shoes, upper body and body overall seem to close to bridge wall. Placed too close?

"It's not a double-exposure".

Why? Because the photographer (!!) says so?

Because it's clearly a double-exposure and anyone can make such a photo with little effort.

I also questioning this picture because in many ocations ghost do not apear in full and colour. The ones I find interesting are those who appear in foggy like conditions .. but who knows the article let's one believe that its real .
Maybe the first signs of apparitions from parallel universes?
Or a bad light image sensor... ?

i agree about the full color comment. ive noticed that to be true myself and was going to mention the same thing. i've seen a lot of great ghost photos that are legit, this is not one of them. most likely just a trick with the exposure time and/or opacity. the color is really the give away.

That picture was made using (2) long exposure pictures and laying one in top of the other, and the picture that has the person had some transparency effect. Here is a little clip on how you can do it with CorelDraw, long exposure pictures is the same. The guy had free local promotion, but its fake as my 1 million dollar bill

And how is done in less than 1 minute

It seems to me that the photographer faked the picture just to get some publicity because in the full picture the car on the highway has to be going super fast for it to make that kind of light streak in a 1/25 exposure.
