Maybe it was part off this meteor that just miss us by .25 LD also

The objects are actually moving much faster. The speeds on the chart are their velocities relative to how fast the Earth is moving. Earth is actually moving about 30 km/s around our Sun. (Source) My guess is the objects that are moving fast are travelling in a different orbital path, the ones that are moving relatively slow are probably moving in the sameish direction as the Earth. There should be data somewhere that shows the orbital paths of the objects from the source with the relative velocities.

As far as the debris field from ISON goes we should be coming up on that the 15th. It would be awesome if we get another annual meteor shower out of this. The path of ISON crossed Earth's orbit fairly close to the orbit so I think there is a good chance we should get a show out of it. ISON could have also disturbed orbits of some objects in the Asteroid Belt so we may get some more objects from there as well, but that is just speculative.

Some close ones on the way too.

Did you notice the speed of that little sucker? 38 km/s??? When you look at the orbit calculations that little 1.7 m - 3.8 metre wide object must have been sailing. How does an object this size attain that velocity?

Isn't that more like comet speed?

An orbiting object's size doesn't matter when it's orbiting something much much more massive than it is. In this case, it's the gravity of the Sun and the Earth that matter. If you look at this asteroid's orbit diagram at JPL, you'll see that prior to impact the asteroid was accelerating in its orbit around the Sun (bodies travel slower the further away they are from the Sun, and accelerate when they get nearer), but as the Earth happened to be in the way, the asteroid started accelerating (read: falling) towards it also, thus increasing the relative velocity.

Update at JPL, showing what we've learned about this asteroid and impact so far: neo.jpl.nasa.gov...

This is false. ISON was far too small in mass to gravitationally much of affect anything and the objects in the asteroid belt are fairly widely separated and mostly within the orbital plane of the planets (shown in purple). (ISON like most comets was on a trajectory which takes it through the plane of the solar system diagonally. You can see some familiar comet orbits like Hale-Bopp, Halley, etc here in yellow orange):

And here is where ISON would have been today just a little bit ago. The earth is at the bottom. As you can see though it would roughly have been in the same horizontal position as the Earth it would also have been far above the Earth( and all the other planets) orbital plane as would any remnants.

That's why there was never anything to the doom porn.

You should try typing on a tablet screen keyboard. With auto correct you get all manner of retarded words infiltrating your sentences . LOL.

Don't eat too close to bed time it disrupts your dreams when your body is busy trying to digest food when it should be building and repairing . Interesting dream though. I had one where I went out front of my house and standing in the middle of the street I looked up to see a space ship over the road. In reality I could never just stand in the middle of the street I live on as its a pretty major throughfare in my city. In another I was lost in a Chinese market place. And in yet another I saw a chimpanzee driving a bus on a bridge. I stopped eating too close to bed time after that one!
