We aren't saying the things you can see are planes. We're saying those are the contrails of planes being lit by the sunset. However, considering
contrails are basically just like cirrus clouds (both cirrus clouds and jet contrails are made of ice crystals suspended in the air), then it may not
be totally inaccurate to say that they are "clouds".
What I think we are seeing are short contrails like this:
The contrails in the OP video may look even shorter due to foreshortening caused by the perspective of the observer (the planes are far from the
camera, and moving in a direction
generally away from the camera).
Those short contrails are then lit up orangish-yellow by the sunset, such as these:
