"Post-battle" Fallujah, the same as "post-war" iraq?

Like during the invasion of Iraq, the american army crushed trough the iraqi defenses quicly in Fallujah. Using tanks, figtherplanes, bombers, attack helicopters and heavy artillery, the americans soldier crushed the main defenses within a short period of time. They accomplished this with relaitively low casualties(a little over 50 killed in action), not so different from the invasion last spring. During the invasion, around 120 or so US soldiers was killed in action(not including friendly fire, accidents and stuff like that) and the war "was over" in a mather of weeks. Bush declared "mission accomplished", very much like the american commanders are doing in fallujah rigth now.

so far, very much the same..........
and then, what happens next?
in "post-war" iraq, the death toll after 1,5 years of guerrila warfare, hast gone beyond 1200, and security is getting worse for every day. Iraq is total caos.
But what about post war fallujah? in a while the residents will return to their destroyed homes and dead neighbors. The Fallujan People hates the americans, and you can exepect many of them to join the resistance, also resitance figthers who fled before the attack, will come back to figth another day. The american will now have lost their shock and awe advantage, and will be vulnerable to sneak attacs, hit and rund attacs, ambushes, roadside bombings, car bombs, sniper attacs. Going on a foot patrol in fallujah in a couple of months will probably be a very risky thing.
So, the example of fallujah may again be just like the example of Iraq. GETTING WORSE!
how will the american people react to 500 dead soldiers only in one pretty small city??
These figthers, and the civilians hates the soldiers, and have a just cause for figthing them, they will probably never give up, and they will probalby just rise in numbers, just like the insurgents in iraq as a whole have done.

so, to round up my opinon, Fallujah is not over, it has barely started, and ALOT of young kids from america will return in body bags! did you think about that when you reelected bush?

I thought the Entire Army was wiped out by the Heroic freedom fighters? According to Jahidunspun we suffered a crushing defeat With entire units being wiped out to the last man.

Yeah I think the casualty rate slipping back up is just because of all the
insurgent killing going on, but from a distance it looks like vietnam
in the 60's all over again.
