Reasonably conCERNed... Is Smashing Quarks Together a Good Idea or Pure Insanity?

I don't know enough about it to give an honest opinion. When they said they could create mini black holes, it concerned me lot. The more I read into it though, the more think it could lead us into the future, FTL travel etc.

Nothing we can do to stop it, and I think interesting times are ahead.
