An what's wrong with that twiggly?

For those of us who don't mind packing on the extra pounds, here's a good article of foods to fatten you up for when the aliens come to feast:

11 Foods That Will Make You Gain Weight

1. Red Meat

If you are trying to gain weight, enjoy some red meat. Steak contains a ton of protein and iron. Not all steak cuts are made equal though. You want the fatty cuts where the meat is marbled. These cuts of meat will contain more calories, but they’ll also be way more delicious too!

Me too. I'm currently 5' 10" and 225 pounds, although to be fair I'm pretty heavily built. Need to lose 30 pounds or so. Diet or rather, less excesses I enjoy but really don't need, begins on January 5th.

Lay off the grog you fat buggers!!!!

Red meat, it's the red wine.. I should know.

Since I stopped drinking 8 litres of it a day, the pounds have simply dropped off. You'd be amazed.

I used to bathe in it til I learned you're not supposed to drink your bath water.

I always eat the fattiest cuts of meat. My favorite steak is a center cut Chuck, about 2" thick.

I eat chicken thighs almost exclusively, and about a pound of bacon for breakfast on most mornings (sometimes ill eat a couple links of Opa's beef sausage instead).

Its the carbs I avoid. I eat LOTS of fat. Heavy cream in my coffee all day, butter to cook everything, and I aint afraid to use bacon grease as a seasoning. I only put on weight when I eat carbs. Which is what I do throughout the holiday season.
