I liked the guy who wrote his resignation letter on a sheet cake and brought it in to work. He had is own party and left. lol

But I like paradox's idea. Lament, do the orphan in a snow storm routine at how you were told how lousy you were and you had no choice but to look for other work to protect yourself. It gives you a chance to give the GM a heads up about the tool staff, without looking like a tool yourself.
