DC Fed Judge Rules Against NSA

Searched a bunch of variations and new threads, didn't see this so figured I'd share.
My first post from an article, forgive me if I make errors in protocol here.

Seems today a Federal Judge in Washington, DC, Judge Richard J. Leon, ruled the NSA's practices "likely unconstitutional", ordered the NSA stop collecting data on the two plaintiffs, and commented that James Madison would be "aghast" at their practices.

I'm shocked and awed myself that he ruled in OUR favor, let's all send some positive vibes out to him, hoping we don't hear of any "accidents" in the near future!
