I am super sensitive to medications and I hate them. Even after things like surgeries Dr.s have tried to give me stuff I knew knew I couldn't tolerate.

I stick to all natural methods. Chiropractic, diet, herbal ect.

Community and friends, I guess would be accidents.

My family members who have died, have all died after attaining pensionable age. My great grandmother (who was affectionately nicknamed Nanny Titch, due to her small stature), lived WELL into her nineties relatively independently until two falls and hospitalisations, and her death of natural causes subsequent to that.

Both my grandfathers became very old men, despite being thrown through the gauntlet of war as young fellows, and seeing their friends wiped out. Both men died in their late eighties, of upper respiratory problems, one related to years as a smoker of JPS Black cigarettes, and the other from basically having a bit of a pathetic constitution from middle age on ward.

Basically, if I find something that can kill me before I reach the age of sixty, it will be a miracle, which is a bitch, because I cannot afford to get old.
