Christmas Reality

Hi ATS!,
I found an eye opening picture about X-mas
today on the net.
Just wanna to share this with you.

Merry X-mas and a happy New Year to ya all !!!

It just irks me that I am compelled to feel the need to buy stuff for people that they don't need because it's Christmas.
I tell people that if these holidays (Valentines, M & F Day, Easter, Christmas etc.) would probably die out, or at least be more sensible if it wasn't such a windfall cash grab for corporations.

Why do I feel guilty if I do not buy stuff (more expensive the better) for people and vice/versa, why?! Because they drilled it into our heads to feel that way.
Generosity is everyday, generosity or sharing of surplus is what giving should be.

Every year I feel this way, compelled to take part in making rich men richer and poor people slaving.

Bah Humbug.

(Yes, When I was a kid I never understood Mr.Scrooge, but now I do!)
