The real problem is most of America doesn't have a clue or has never heard about things like the small arms trade treaty that was signed this year in the UN, which is a huge attack on gun rights. It will lead to forced national registration of existing guns and severe harassment of gun owners.

Uh....no....it has nothing at all to do with domestic gun ownership - despite the hysterical outcry on here and from the NRA.

They don't know about fast and furious and the Obama direct connect to illegal guns into Mexico.

Looking at the reference to news stories on the wiki page suggests the public had a lot of information about it all.
