The widow and her attorney should be hanged in public for this. Its the only way people learn.

I have buy one thing to say to the dead thief's wife, and of course the ambulance chaser she calls a lawyer..

In my home sate of Florida, the Stand Your Ground laws protects the victim from being sued if he has to use deadly force against a perpetrator. In my opinion more states need to have laws that protect the victim of a crime.

If someone pull a gun, a knife, or even something that looks like a gun in attempted crime then the victim has every right to respond with deadly force.

The lawyer who took this case should be disbarred!

Every time i read one of these stories it makes me sick. The scumbag got what he deserved and I hope she gets laughed out of court.
