A question about a object on STEREO-A HI1

I just came across this and I am curious as to weather or not this is actually a lens flare. I asked this because I saw a video yesterday that was showing a huge shadow on the sun which looked like it could come from something like this if it were to be a solid object.

This below is the video I saw that made me wonder about the above. I didn't put a lot of thought into the video except to find it curious in passing. Now though,I feel I should at least ask you folks.
