Billy Allred, age 48, passed away November 23, 2013 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. Memorial service will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday,
November 26, 2013 at George Boom Funeral Home in Sioux Falls.
William Albert Allred was born on September 22, 1965 in Rock Rapids, Iowa to William and Deloris (Johnson) Allred. The family would move to George,
Iowa where Billy attended school. Following high school, Billy moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to study Aerodynamics. He moved to Sioux Falls and began
working for MCT Truck Wash and most recently, the call center in customer service at Midcontinent Communications.
BIlly enjoyed fishing, the sciences, and was a “Jack of All Trades”. He was an artist and was especially skilled in sketching wolves.
Grateful for having shared his life are his daughter, Ashlie Allred; mother, Deloris Allred; sisters, Denese (Mitch) Holland and Debra (Saad Imtobell)
Allred all of Sioux Falls; many dear relatives and friends.
Now, my dear friends,
let me say this about our dearly loved friend who has recently transitioned:
If there was ever AnyOne who could figure out how to contact us -
here, his true friends at Pegasus -
from the Great Beyond,
it is the inimitable Wild Bill Allred.
Our guess is that one communication device
is the machine that Luke is building,
as it was Allred-y tuned to Bill's wavelength.
We are confident that there are many channels
for communication available, if one is aware,
and there are Members reading this that can be of great assistance here.
We look forward to further communication, Brother Bill.
We must remain ever vigilant for the signal from beyond the veil. It will come.
An angel on my shoulder...this is my desktop...the high-resolution file is
here.
RIP, brother Wild Bill.
We honor your too-brief time with us here on Earth
by continuing The Work you so dearly loved at Pegasus.
We truly miss you, friend.
We'll add our feelings as a musical tribute, as we know Wild Bill likes it...
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.
