Doesnt much look like an alien's arm to me, more like what was said a couple posts ago with the person leaning up against glass

I am leaning toward what you said. It looks like a dirty or steamed up window that has been smudged.

Certainly lots of possible explanations but I don't see anything that indicates it's "human"

Really it looks more like something you would see on an insect?
