alienaddicted, in my opinion, you did a very good topic and all the ATS posters have to read the article.

It's probably one of the best link posted on ATS since a long time. Congratulations.

Yes great article indeed. I've researched NLP to some extent and wish he had gone a little more in depth on it but otherwise I found it very enlightening.

I added it to my favorites to read over more deeply before I post anything in depth about it. But it surely makes you want to wake up and smell the coffee so to speak

It makes one wonder if/when/how "conversion" will be used via the internet since it is such a highly used meduim these days.

Interesting link...deserves to be bumped imho.
Doesn't apply only to religion.

A long time ago, more than 30 years, I ran across a book of Dick Sutphen's.
I still remember a line from it, although I don't know which book.
It goes something like this:
"Don't envy someone else's lifestyle.
A haunted man wears many faces, including that of a free spirit"

What are you guys talking about? When I click that link it goes to the "Church of Reality" site, not an article by Dick Sutphen.

Why do I know that name by the way? Hmmmm.... I must have read one of his books already, can't for the life of me remember.

Honestly - was the link hijacked?

Is this the article? www.holysmoke.org...

Ah, I should have noticed that. It seems a lot of old threads are being revived lately.

I wonder if they are actually being bumped intentionally for further discussion or new members are finding them and reviving the discussions. Interesting trend though.
