If you are an NFL fan and someone told you before the season started that this team would be 9-0 after 9 games, you would have called Bellevue and had
them locked up for being nuts, right?
But there they are UNDEFEATED. Who is that you say? Kansas City Chiefs.
What a phenomenal job Andy Reid has done up to this point. I mean this team had a decent defense last year and a decent running game, but no way
anyone thought they were anything but rebuild and maybe a 8-8 record in the waiting.
Boy did they fool everyone, huh? They could lose their last 6 games and still be a wild card at this point. The likely scenario though is that they
will go 3-3 the rest of the way, but wouldn't that be unreal if they won out? I don't think that is realistic as that has only happened 2 times in
the regular season, ever (I think) Miami and New England, with Miami being the only team ever to complete an entire season undefeated.
They didn't have to win as many games to do it, but everything is relative. Some would say what New England did was harder, but they were an
established team done in by the "bubble gum catch", I like to call it from the luckier than ever NY Giants.
If KC can do it I would be shocked, but as most of you are already, I am already shocked at this point that they are undefeated.
