Comet Ison 'Looking Odd'

if ison does indeed carry a piece of Tycho,,in the form of,, kindling (wood),,,state ie matter waiting for the correct ,critical mass, completion,,ie has gathered enough, matter,, to make it matter.

Not loosing common sense, just wondering why the full info regarding monitoring the debris in the tail that actually passed directly thru the Earth's orbit....

An then is it going out of our solar system per the predictions.. missing earth by 40 million miles?
How wide is it's debris field as it leaves our system?

Since I'm neither a astronomer or physics I just wondered if I need a bunker or not?
