i'd like to point out that the last paragraph of all of that is based solely on projected numbers and not on ACTUAL numbers. it's a guess.

This one:

Near the west coast of the United States the maximum projected concentration is about 30 Bq/m3 some three years after the initial release.

This is 5,000 times less than the 150,000 Bq/m3 concentration we have assumed near the Japanese coast. Therefore, to keep the risk below 1x10-5 the consumer must limit his/her dietary intake to less than about 3,000 kg (3 tonnes) of fish. In other words, do not worry about eating fish taken from US coastal waters.

Since the concentration projected for waters near the Hawaiian Archipelago are even less than that projected for the West Coast, the same admonition applies to Hawaii.h

As you can read they used the Words "projected", "assumed" and "projected"
one more Time!

The choice is yours people, you may have either radiated fish of the pacific or poisoned fish of the Atlantic and gulf (oil spill cleanup).

In my Opinion the best Choice is to set up a Surveillance Program
with the Opputornity to test your Food (not only Fishes)
at least when you not trust your Government because there is Fish
which is unharmed now and Fish that will stay unharmed in the Future!

Radiation and Heavy Metals are a problem since Decades and it is
up to you to stay informed because the Information is out there.

It is also a very lucrative Business Model for the Future because the
Demand for this kind of Information will grow and when you are able
to provide this Information you help and you earn some Money.

Or do it like we do here in Japan and buy such a Machine with a few Families!

Maybe they will discover heat kills some of this - cooking it.

When the Levels do not sharply increase i doubt a Effect in the US
because of Fukushima!

Many People say that i am a Shill but i am not,
my Opinion is based on Numbers and Results
and not on a "maybe", "it is possible" or "i think"!

We here check a lot of Food, Fruits, Vegetables and Meat
and the results are mostly non Detectable, very low or still
harmless (in our Opinion under 50Bq a Kg)

(ca. 97,5% from Tohoku~Kanto Area, this is Fukushima,
Miyagi, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Chiba, Tokyo)

You get Results here, it is NPO/ NGO and recommended
by me: Please check
And here too

This do not mean that we have no badly affected/ contaminated
Areas, in fact we have to much and i hope that the young
People in this Areas realize it!

When the next Operation is going well, and we think so,
you have nothing to fear, in the case a bad Accident
happen you need to pray and maybe with "the higher Force"
we can manage the Situation again!

"current Situation is harmless in a global Sale,
but bad for parts of Fukushima"
