ATS Chat

Was working fine on my phone last night. On laptop now and whenever I click Chat in drop down menu its bringing me to the top of the page of whatever thread I'm on. Any suggestions or need my OS and such? Could I get a direct link to favorite?

For some reason, the last 2-4 days . . . some links are not immediately clickable--actually--buttons at the top of the page. Sometimes I have to scroll down or up past the button and the back again for it to be clickable. . . . or even refresh the page . . . though frequently scrolling back and forth will solve it.
