I guess cosmic characters would be the most powerful both in the Marvel and DC Universes. Or in any comic universe. Who specifically, I guess nearly anybody you can name in this thread. Maybe even Gurren Lagann.

Does Black Adam not deserve a spot on the Marvel List? He is arguably more powerful then Kal-el or Shazam/ Captain Marvel.

They all have their strength and weaknesses. Well... most of them. I think Phoenix shouldn't be ignored as one of the most powerful comic characters of all time.
