Subliminal message in new 100 dollar bill?

Now i don't know how far to entertain this myself, but this was shown to me earlier today. I've always believed that the government with the help of media, movies, wording, etc. has always warned the people of the upcoming events or dangers. It's like their unwritten law of "i told you so". They recently came out with this new 100 dollar bill and i can't help but wonder, why not take the opportunity to put something within it? How the artists or designers manage to do this i don't know, but check out this video which shows this guy talk deeper about the matter.

He's a little strange, but pay attention to the meat of the information.



What are your thoughts on such hidden messages? Or have we simply trained our eyes to see things that aren't really there?
