They are neat photos Mike, I like them a lot, but you do puzzle me with the way you draw conclusions from them. Still, keep on searching pal, that's all anyone can do.
Well I'm not sure why I'm convinced "they" are up to something. I'll give the titles to 4 books I have read that could be influencing my beliefs as far as trusting the government goes.
1.Behold a Pale Horse - William Cooper
2.HAARP The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy - Jerry E. Smith
3.Angels Don't Play This HAARP - Dr. Nick Begich
4.A Terrible Mistake - H.P. Albarelli Jr.
I connect the dots and come to my conclusions.
The lenses or focusing devices created by chem-trails would be at the altitudes aircraft utilize. The heater beam from HAARP goes up to the ionosphere, bounces back down to the lenses or focusing devices at lower altitudes. I believe it's a system of relays to increase range around the curvature of the Earth.

The contrails that I saw here last night - the pilots must have not gotten the memo then, that must be it.
Do you look at weather forecasts or models on any daily basis or do you just listen to what accuweather says and go on about with your day?
So is THIS a cloud anomaly in your book due to the obvious contrails in the photo?

Here's the problem with the photo I just linked you to. One, it's a stock photo that's been manipulated to enhanced colors from deviantArt. Two, what is actually happening there is a form of circumhorizontal arc and is fairly common when the temperature aloft is very cold. There are reports of it happening dating back to the late 18th century. Thanks for proving my point.

The only thing manipulated about it...at least according to the author is the red hue and the depth of the blue sky behind it. My point being was that someone who has not spent time observing the sky can assume that anything they haven't seen before is an anomaly. In fact, it isn't. The phenomena depicted in the photo is real, the contrails are real, the cloud formation is real, the hues are not. Here's the same phenomena without the manipulation:
It's not abnormal, and its not caused by "chemtrails" or contrails.

Well I like this one better! And I have witnessed stuff like that too. I'm saving that one, the other one I threw out.
I consider the real photo to contain "suspected chem-trail residue."

These types of atmospheric optics have been observed and recorded throughout history, so I doubt they are chemtrail residue. They are by no means a recent phenomenon.
I'm not sure exactly what sort of atmospheric optical phenomenon it is, but it looks to be related to some sort of iridescent cloud, or an ice halo. Whatever the exact type of optical phenomenon it is, they are usually associated with ice crystal or water droplets.
Atmospheric Optics - Iridescent Clouds
Atmospheric Optics - Ice Halos
So it would be wise not to jump to the conclusion that iridescent clouds are related to chemtrails. Iridescent clouds are a completely natural phenomenon.
