The girl in the back ground is tweaking,,,plus the announcer is speaking jibberish.What am I missing?

Hahaha, seen it straight away!! That's a big oopsy stands out like dogs b@lls. Love that the news readers are always oblivious to these blunders. Seems to make it funnier

I did see some male genitalia... now I have to go and scrub my eyes out.

So many jokes, so little time.

I could imagine the local PC crowd would be quite upset with this, which baffles me whenever these sort of things happen. These folk watch the horrific footage that comes out of Syria daily without batting an eyelid, but a mans wang shows up on screen and suddenly they're revolted.

Just for info, I speak Czech and live in the capital, Prague. This is one of the state-run TV stations and the news reader is talking about upcoming elections. Details are not necessary. It's only politics.

As for the momentary shot on one of the TV screens in the background, I have no idea what that was supposed to be about. I can confirm, though, that visuals of this nature on our TV screens (normally within an evening movie) are neither unknown nor particularly remarked upon. Simply put, no-one really cares.

I'm not talking about the late-night porno-movie channels, by the way. They are what they are and their audience share is probably rather small. I'm just saying that if there is a nude scene within a movie on a regular channel then it's normally shown. Prior to any such movie, there is always an on-screen warning (both verbally and with graphics) advising viewers that the following program is not suitable for people below a certain age. The same applies if there is gratuitous violence.

Most movies that are US-made but have scenes cut for US viewers are shown uncut here.

Strangely enough,if I'm watching a movie on a German satellite channel, they tend to leave any sexual scenes in but drastically cut any real violence. But then, the Germans even have late-night chat shows where they do live interviews with naked couples and so on. I have no idea why they have this rather mixed standard, but they do.
