With all due respect SO -

While I can only vouch for myself here, I know for a fact that I was not harassing anyone, nor was I aware of any other members here doing such things. Could it be that some were, that I don't know.

Take this as you will, but all I seen were members just going through the information- and discussing it.

What really hit the nerve with many here, is when the term "looney tuner's" was brought up. That really was a virtual "slap to the face" of many members. It's one thing to call a certain theory crazy, but it's altogether different the way that was worded. I honestly feel that was seen as direct insult to many of the users here.

I've always enjoyed being here, and I know this is your place...and your rules.
But that just left a sour taste in my mouth.
And I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

You seem quite angry about this. I didn't do more than glance at the thread because whether "you know who" is dead or alive at this point in time makes no difference to me. Now if you were talking about JFK or MLK then I would have looked deeper.

I haven't been an active member here that long and when one of the mods closed a thread of mine I was miffed. However on review of that particular thread and others that have been closed or 404'd I'd have to go with the mods. Have they ever made a mistake? Probably, they're human but what Springer and SO didn't extensively point out it's their site and they have final say. Move on.

There are a group of people on the internet also the one's that complained to ats that is promoting this very same idea. When they say it it's ok but when others either agree or disagree they spam and threaten people
Does that make sense to you?
All we were doing was sharing thoughts and idea's the thread didn't have but a few reprimand from the mods because we were being respectful of said person.
I don't get it and until I get an answer that does make sense yeah I can disagree...respectively

Thank you for that I know I'm not alone in the way I see it.
If we are loony for talking about a old conspiracy why is this site running? Isn't it these subjects that made ats?
If it wasn't loony to talk about JFK,Bush and his croonies and other old conspiracies why is it pathetic to talk about this man?

The deletion happen soon after two new people joined just to come into the thread to complain, spam, harassed and threatened. That's very strange in my opinion. Has this happened before? on ats?
Is it because it's true or is it because it's all a hoaxed money making scam?

Either way it's not a crazy idea...

How do you know no one was doing such? Are you the arbiter of all things that happen, online and offline, for particular subjects.

Seriously, how over-the-top repulsively pathetic that a group of people would become obsessed with such a silly and meaningless subject in this time of intense political corruption and ALL OF OUR WORST CONSPIRACY FEARS proven to be true.

I'm sad for the state of desired subjects of ATS members. Really. This is a low point.

Could it be like in the 30's when going to the movies was popular? People can only take so much crap and for others to crap on them for not giving their full undivided attention to matters that they believe are much more important is laughable and repulsively pathetic, unless of course you have proof that ATS members were harassing this poor man.

ALL conspiracy theories are silly...until proven right or wrong. You have provided us an outlet to share our views and attract others which in turn attract advertisers, for that we thank you, but to call the people that don't behave how you want them to, or to label everyone the same as you did, is not befitting someone who demands tolerance and to be obeyed.

Either let us know which subjects (however silly) are allowed to be discussed or realize that not everyone thinks the same as you.

I wouldn't be surprised if I get post banned or banned because of this, like I did the last time I questioned the status quo when a one word answer would have sufficed.

I'm a bit more curious than the average person and when I feel I haven't been given a sufficient answer you bet your bottom dollar I 'll ask questions.
I'll also say I take offense when it becomes a personal attack on the posters in that thread.
