New(ish)

I have been a lurker for a long time, content to sit back and view from somewhat of a distance. I have made a few comments here and there, but I have decided I would like to become more active here. After seeing what I have, this site gives an opportunity for everyone to present their viewpoints and perspectives regardless of how far out in left field. That's something I would love to get in on. After all, this is one of the last bastions of free speech we have left. If this bastion falls, I would rather ride the ship down with you fine people than sit by twiddling my thumbs. Anyone who has any advice, or anything else to impart on a relative newbie, then by all means please share. I look forward to becoming more active in this community.
