Jimmy Kimmel's level of hatred of any bill that Repeals-Replaces ObamaCare, is a good measure as to how good that replacement is. The more Kimmel hates it, the better it is for most Americans.

Neither, If the government is going to get involved in health care for the masses, it should be free. Having to pay for it is BS. Most can't afford forced health care insurance.
