i am also a little bit on the fence, but further from it. one week ago i was about 75% in belief of existance. now im somewhere around 15%.
I still very much believe
A. There is ALOT we dont know about the privat sector and any shadowgovernment
B. We KNOW they dont always (read never) have we the peoples interest at first priority
C. They have thru the times done alot of bad # to us, sometimes being outright crazy like for example mk ultra and other strange stuff

Knowing this i am incredibly open to chemtrail theory. But I must also admit there are no current proof for it.
Thats why i climbed back over the fence.

Thing is though if geoengineering was under way it would be noticed. This sort of thing is monitored

Solar radiation being monitored in Hawaii? I don't think anyone doubts the monitoring of solar radiation.

The purpose of geoengineering is to block incoming solar radiation. This shows it's either not happening or it's not working.

I have no idea what they are or are not doing in Hawaii. I do know residents there are worried because they see evidence of geo-engineering. If they are doing it... they are obviously not doing it right or it has had a more negative effect. I have no idea either way.

One of the meteorologists in Maui left the station because he feels so strongly the experts are messing with their skies and reeking havoc.

If they were carrying out geoengineering it would be everywhere and because of it's location Maui is one of the best places to measure the effect.

If you're talking about Scott Stevens, he was 'asked' to leave the TV station where he worked as a weather man because he lied about his qualifications to get the job. He's not a qualified meteorologist.

because i clearly said that chemtrails are very possible.
they just might exist, and noone is disputing the fact that they COULD exist or MIGHT exist.

therefore it is highly possible they exist. Its just that there is zero evidence of them.

And you can't prove they're not, which is the problem. You expect us to look up, and be able to tell the difference between a contrail and a chemtrail, and you don't even understand how contrails form.

As someone else tried to say, if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, it's probably a duck. So we have chemtrails that form just like contrails, act just like contrails, spread just like contrails, and only form in conditions that contrails form in. And yet they're not contrails? Prove it.

Chemtrails in Hawaii? That's almost funny. I lived there for 28 years, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I saw contrails out there (which every claims are chemtrails), and I'm going to have almost all my fingers left over.

The proposed ordinance states that the people of the County of Maui recognize that geoengineers have proposed the global disbursement of aerosols and other particulates into the atmosphere for the stated goal of reversing the effects of global warming and cooling the planet.

Supporters of the bill want geoengineers to notify and gain approval from the county with an environmental impact statement before spraying anything related to climate manipulation in Maui County skies.

Not that they ARE, but that they have PROPOSED.

I guess the ones living there and who were/are pitching a fit are just paranoid and have zero claims.

Until you can show me pictures of Hawaii looking like I see all over the mainland, then there is even less evidence that they're doing anything there than they are here. But people are afraid of what they don't understand, and the people spreading this hoax prey on that.

I am understanding all I need to know about contrails. Its all over the net. lol

I am not saying contrails are chemtrails. I said contrails are not good either.

I have even said numerous times I AM ON THE FENCE in regards to whether or not chem trails exist and I have also stated that geo-engineering ( or whatever term you want to use) isn't cool with me.

Nature has rights too. She will let ya know and let all of us know when we have gone to far and then no one will be able to debate jack ****!

It says interest in using geoengineering as an option and not that it has been happening now or anytime in history.

Weather modification is not geoengineering and geoengineering is not weather modification. There is a difference.

Ya know.. thats what I said. lol So.. what's your point? THEY ARE THINKING... and thank God people want to think for them self and are not blinded by someone else's thoughts. Neither you nor I have a clue of whats truly going on and what the "experts" are putting into the atmosphere.

I never said I believed anything in regards to Hawaii AT ALL, I said the PEOPLE THERE do.

I haven't spread a hoax. I am not claiming anything.. merely talking back and forth about the playing with nature and making it rain and allowing chemicals to be dispersed into the atmosphere and of course soil. Its NOT NATURAL.

And there is even less proof of geoengineering occurring right now, than there is that chemtrails are real. Cloud seeding is not geoengineering. Geoengineering is climate level, not local level.

I am not seeing a difference, other than terminology. These papers use terms interchangeably. That is what I have taken note to.

They now want to call it climate remediation and not geo-engineering or weather modification.

They are indeed messing with mother nature and if you do not believe this fact by now... you never will and I am not going to beat a dead horse.
