Hey thank you, I needed this today. As a kid I always wanted to be an Eagle or a Hawk. It reminds me of ‘Hook’ by Walter Van Tilburg, which is a short story in a classic book called 21 great stories, by Abraham Harold Lass. This one story is about a Hawk, I know he's not an Eagle, who breaks his wing, and his struggle for survival on the ground afterwards. One of my all time favorite wildlife stories. ~$heopleNation
