Yes he is right. It doesn't increase debt. Well spoken double speak.

Its like the old adage "Its not the fall or the jump that kills you." Same with this rhetorical nonsense.

Good point well made. I have studied a bit on psychopatholgy and like the work of an Irishman, Thomas Sheridan. To me it is not difficult to put the man in a "pigeon hole". Obama is a psychopath, displaying psychopathic traits. One particular trait of a psychopath is that they will change and morph into a different character to meet their own needs. In short, the Obama that rallied to gain the presidency is not the same Obama you have as POTUS now, the agenda has changed.
I feel the whole debt ceiling talk is classic "gaslighting"

Depending on perspective that can be both as good and bad for them as well.

The reason that all of the fixes in washington, by the fed, congress etc. Are always temporary, short term patch solutions is because they all know the inevitable outcome. None of them want it to happen on their watch... Keep kicking the can, exploit the system as much as possible and hope to hold off the inevitable until it's the next guy's problem.

That is why.... It is inevitable.
