On a lighter, happier note... "new" topics looks more like the Firehose we lost!!!

I noticed mine disappeared today and now theres nothing there, its blank like yours.

All my saved messages were erased as well...which was very upsetting. I had the messages saved for a reason...now they are all gone.

I just feel like all I can do is nothing and those messages are gone forever...

This thread explains the issue.

Back (2009-ish) when we repaired a previous private message issue, we implored members not to keep anything over 60 days. While repairing this time, we lost some old messages.

After I realized my messages were gone, I then saw where you had stated the 60 days and 30 days. I am the worst procrastinator and should have written all my saved messages in my journal, but I didn't, so that fault is my own. I was just sad. It is ok though I shall live!!

Cripes, I mispoke (right in front of the bossman an' all)

I USUALLY click on 'new' but I clicked on 'live' by mistake. It does resemble old (loved-it) Firehose somewhat... but it doesn't 'grow' when you scroll down to the bottom, like 'new' does... right? Just checkin.

Firehose. It... was... just... a time-suck, anyway. I guess. I could open 20 new tabs and forget to cook dinner, LoL. This format is actually helping me manage my ATS time better. (Probably not what you want to hear.) But true.
