I have honestly never even heard of this court's existence. This may shed some light on a few things, eh?

Some questions that come to mind: Will it be all rulings? How will we know? Since this is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, will they even touch on any domestic incidents of surveillance or will it solely be rulings made on foreign intelligence? With contradictory statements in regards to domestic intelligence gathering and an insistence by the administration that domestic spying is not taking place although "meta data is being collected", what will the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court reveal on why even the meta data is being collected as it is, after all, dealing with "foreign intelligence" and not domestic as per its name? If the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is making rulings on domestic data, then are they not outstripping what would seem to be their intended purpose in their moniker?

Um.... secret law was pretty damned stupid to begin with.

Most people dont know all the laws they CAN see and read, just how the hell is anyone meant to abide by secret laws in anyway shape or form?!
