You are crazy. Unfortunately world is now run by crazies like you, that is the reason WWIII is a real possibility.

The issue is not Assad. The issue is blatant interference by foreign countries into the affairs of Syria.

Now there is a war underway in Syria. It is foolish to call this a 'civil war'. It is NOT a civil war. It is a war on a small country that cannot defend its borders. Foreign bands of mercenaries are running rampant in this country armed to the teeth by foreign governments.

The US government is lying about the whole affair. Does not matter what Putin says. Putin's stand is far more justified than Obama's stand.

Really.

If I ran the World there wouldnt be no War. That is crazy.

Its Putin, his Dog handler. Hence the thread about the hypocrisy of Putin.

Like Putin.

I wouldn't know actually. I do know Putins weapons are killing civilians too. Thats a fact.

Cause his weapons kill with Assads blessings.

Come on now Slayer. This thread isn't about Putin one bit.

Its about pointing the finger at everyone else but Putin. Its about disregarding the things Putin has done.

Its about calling him the hero of the day. Its about taking shots at America, and not seeing Putin as another warmonger, but as "savior".

I have read through this thread and that is what I got. Not many want to talk about Putin. They want to point fingers. NONE of his supporters think hes not to blame. Some really dont care about Putin one bit. They just want to take their parting shots at America or Obama. Its the "in" thing to do nowadays.

Thank you for the complement.

You understand the point I was trying to make. To show those on ATS to hold these leaders to a higher standard. To Judge them for everything they do.

To show the utter hypocrisy of Putin.

Not very well versed in Syria's history of meddling in and or out right attacking other countries eh?

For the record....

I too am against an attack on Syria but this doesn't mean they are as white as the driven snow. Far from it actually but enough is enough.

As far as 'Putin' You wouldn't mind if I pass on all the over the top blind idolizing...?

I see American troops massing in Jordan against Syria. I see American ships massing in Med against Syria. I see Turkey placing military on the Syrian border. Against a country weakened by wanton killing of foreign mercenaries.

And you blame Russia??? Are you out of your mind? Who is spreading war and violence? What has happened to your senses. Go to a church and pray and take advice from your pastor, if you are a Christian.

You are NOT a peace-loving person. You are a MONSTER who loves to kill and feast at the sight of dead people.

I would very much prefer a political process in Syria and reconciliation, but not at the cost of purges of Shia and Christian population. Putin is absolutely correct in his stand.

force the US military to GTFO from the middle east, watch the increasing peace as Israel backs off like a little scared kitten, THEN tell us that it all wasn't US government's fault.

You REALLY believe that?

You should look to history to see what the ME was like before. Maybe the ex-KGB Putin is trying to fulfill what his Countryman tried before.

There will always be some sort of foreign presence in the ME. Quit fooling yourself, and read your history book.

Stroilov, a historian now living in London, fled Russia in 2003 after stealing 50,000 top-secret Kremlin documents from the Gorbachev Foundation archives, where he was working as a researcher. He was given access to the archive in 1999, but Gorbachev refused him permission to copy its most significant documents. Having observed the network administrator entering the password into the system, Stroilov reproduced the archive and sent it to secure locations around the world.

Stroilov’s book about these documents, many only now translated into English, challenges the conventional wisdom that Western colonialists are to blame for the chaos in the region. All of its major conflicts, he argues, were caused by Soviet expansionism. Terrorism and the rabid anti-Israeli animus of the Arab world were Soviet inspirations. And the revolutions we are seeing now were inevitable, for the Soviet client states were socialist regimes, and sooner or later socialism exhausts economies and thus the patience of the people who live in them.

The Cold War’s Arab Spring: How the Soviets Created Today’s Middle East Stolen Kremlin records show how the Soviets, including Gorbachev, created many of today’s Middle East conflicts

No.

I see Putin, who this thread is about, as a hypocrite. I see HIS weapons that Assad has bought, killing innocent victims.

If you cant see it, or are too blind to see it, then I pity you.

I also see Putin with his own problems in Russia. I see 160000 dead in the Chechen wars he had.

Those are FACTS.

I am a peaceful person. I see hypocrites and those like you who turn a blind eye to hypocrites pointing the finger. Im calling it for what it is.

USA has a history of standing by and supporting the most brutal regimes.

Look at Pakistan, which is hell-bent on killing its Christians and Shia, after already killing a small remnant Hindu population. Where is the reaction from USA???

Do not get me started on virtues of USA.

You know nothing about the facts.

You are just a mouthpiece.

Go to your religious guide, whoever that is, and get some real knowledge.

You do not worry about me. As I know the truth unlike you.

This thread ISNT a thread about America, or its virtues.

There are plenty of threads to discuss that.

I would like to stick with Putin in this one.

So do you believe he isn't a hypocrite?

Do you believe he doesn't have blood on his hands?

Do you not believe his conventional weapons are not helping in the killing of innocent people in Syria?

Do you believe he hasn't killed to silence those who oppose him?

Yes or no?

Not But, but, but, Obama, or America, or me.

Ease your hatred, take a deep breath and think about what I am saying.

SAS101, I can't thank you enough for posting this video. A lot of what this guy says is the absolute truth, I know for a fact that it is knowing people in the intelligence community. He is pretty much 85% spot on with his presentation.

This is what is happening right now, but it's even deeper than what this cat presented. Greed though, will eventually turn international business partners against eachother, just as it will friends or family in our simple domesticated lives here at home.

Let me just add that for those who remember Obama's earlier promise to Putin of a future "flexibility" once he was re-elected, that the Madman puppet Obama actually kept his word by fabricating a terrorist attack here in Boston, USA (or so his masters of puppets).

Yes, That was Obama (his controllers actually) paying Putin back for whatever gift that Putin gave him (them). There are many theories about what Putin first gave Obama, but it most likely is tied into the Arab Spring. Who knows for sure what that was during these crazy times though. It could have been a gift that GWB owed to the Bolshevik Federation, but we probably will never know the answer to that anyway, so let's move on.

So listen, Obama actually kept his word because this was where the deciders blamed a false flag attack on some Chechens in order to assist the Russians with their own Islamist extremist problem, which has been an issue (many people don't realize this thorn in the side of Russia goes all the way back to the Tsar era) for our Russian friends for at least two centuries.

The fact of the matter is that the USA, Russia and Red China are ruling most of the Worlds resources right now and are all getting greedy. All three control the Oil in the Middle East. Don't even get me started about Israel, cause I won't allow that subject to sway us from the truth of the matter. Britain is being shaved out of the equation slowly, and more quickly Germany and Japan. The French opportunists will reap the rewards that the know that they have always been able to enjoy and take advantage of.

I will follow up with this fact. Britain, Germany, India and Japan are very upset right now, as well as other nations not mentioned. That is about all I have to say about any of this. Those who can think outside the box and who can read between the lies will figure it all out for themselves. Or at the very least come to partially comprehend what the hell is exactly going on in this crazy world of insane foreign policies.

This is a battle for resources, and it's not ending any time soon. Right or wrong, This is a battle for survival. It's called Natural Law. Best wishes my friends. ~$heopleNation

To be fair the US government was chasing its tail long before Russia got involved in a meaningful way. The UK vote against action was probably the most significant event deterring military action and that lead to the proposed solution by Russia. They have either delivered America a way to exit the red line situation without having to help Islamic extremists potentially gain control of WMD and use them against the west at a later date when they are no longer useful idiots to their cause. That or they have forced America to eat its own tail if the reports of extremists in the opposition are overstated. Time will tell.

i guess my worry stems from the fact that we back people no better than assad.
the rebels seem no better than terrorists, and they hate america as much as the rest.
they play us...we play them..its tiring and disgusting.

I agree with those who think he is playing his "part", in the grand scheme of things.

Didn't, both Russia and the US sign a UN peace treaty, that outlines how we are all to live in the 21st century? Well, this is how the UN gets ultimate control. To save the world, they will have to step in and be the only ones allowed to have any military.

If you look at the wording, in this peace treaty, it outlines a life without freedoms of choice. Where you live, your education, the job you do, how many kids, and the type of housing. Not to mention no access to our national forests. And it creates a one world government.

It seems the blinders go up and the attacks start the moment Agenda 21 is mentioned.

But, the truth behind what the US, and Russia have already agreed to, is written in the New Agenda for the 21st century. This is one of the stepping stones to being forced to give our power away.

We are at a pivotal point in our history. No wonder Oath Keepers is telling us to start a neighborhood militia now.
