If you are referring to the object on the upper right it appears to be a double exposure or a reflection..it matches the top of the space station exactly...

I would love to know what you're talking about

Yup, what Chrismarco said, most probably window reflection since there's couple of layers of glass I presume...

my apologies...the upper right..if you are referring to that smaller object it is the same section as the space station...you can see the panel extend on both images....does that help...maybe you are seeing something else that I am missing..I am seeing two images...one of the left presumably the space station and the almost ghost like one on the right which has the same shape as the one on the left which includes a portion of the panel...

Hmmm, All I see is the reflection of pic, Can you point out anything else.....or is this what you are talking about

well after looking harder at your pic you provided, I only see the 3 dots of reflection on that pic, its original reflection point is from the docking section of the ISS. Nothing really else to see, sorry

Just a reflection guys. I copied and adjusted the two section for you. I only applied brightness contrast and level changes.

Although this picture has been debunked, it does bring up an interesting point with respect to picture artifacts...how does this happen with today's camera's. Consider this when viewing other images that may just be camera/photo lens issues..

Or it *could* be the *other* space station.

Why build one, when you can have two for merely twice the price?

If you actually looked at both pictures YOU would have seen the position of the station is NOT the same in both, open both pictures on separate browser tab's and switch between both views.

So reflections flares etc will not be exactly the same.

Already covered on ATS yesterday or day before... I forget the name of the thread. Additionally, debunked as an artifact, look at the top of the ISS and the artifact, it's a reflection.

I'm buying.

That's a Progress cargo drone on the Russian Service Module -- but
there isn't one there now, so it's at least several weeks old, the photo.

ADD: A dozen years old.

Yeah, STS-110, taken out the shuttle overhead window. So
it could be a Progress or a Soyuz, they look a lot alike.
