USE THIS THREAD: for bug reports related to the new ATS.5/3 cut-over on 9/9/13

Strange this thread should pop up after I had searched and not found. I already posted on another thread but there is no way to submit new posts from the iPhone - yet it allows you to go through the process of creating a new post (put in URL, snippet from article, your thoughts). Then...nowhere to go from there.

Hi TrueBrit...thanks for your attention.

Zooming out doesn't reveal anything different. I do see the number of flags but no flag symbol...with or without zooming.

It's no big deal really it just means I can't star or flag...I can live with that.

It may be my computer.

May I suggest changing to Mozilla FireFox? Windows Internet Explorer caused all manner of crazy issues with ATS for me. An example, I clicked something in my ATS inbox, and then all of a sudden, all the correspondence between myself and my fellow members over the course of my membership, vanished before my eyes, never to be seen again.

FireFox however, has never caused me one bit of hassle on any site, and is, in my opinion, a vastly superior browser. I would highly recommend it.

Everything has changed!

I was missing a lot more than I realised.

This new ATS format looks pretty neat.

I was missing all the coloured symbols...

In fact the whole thing looks a little different.

I can't read posts again on the iphone.

I have to keep scrolling to see all the text and I can't zoom out.

Can you please include a link to the desktop version?

The menu bar (floater) interferes with PM composition and with changing information on the account page.

I just joined and i can't write a new thread to report a problem which is that i cant favorite any of the forums. I can click favorite but nothing happens. Then i cant write a new thread about this, so i put it here.

I'm having that weird freeze-up-while-loading thing, having to "stop" and then "reload" to click on stars or make replies, like it did after the attack a few months ago (something like DDOS, I think it was called??).

Also, when I use the "members" page to find a member, and pull up their posts/threads from there, everything I click is 404d?? Whether it's posts or threads, or even the index on the left where it shows how many threads are posted in the different forums - everything is 404...

but, if I click on the avatar mini-profile box to "view posts", etc., it comes up fine.

my profile stats have gone haywire :

applause received: 125

member posts: 8,222

member threads: 353

member flags: 515

member stars: 2,967,196

the first four stats seem pretty plausible

but stars have gone insane - 2.9 million ?????????????????? I think I should have about 10 thousand

is this a known glitch - can anything be done ?

Ever since the change over, this is how the site looks for me, including all of the smilies. They're colored circles with big "M"s over them, for example. It looks this way on Firefox and Chrome.

I refrained from making a thread about it, and I'm sure it's been brought up a lot, but a link on how to fix this would be great. Let me know, it's impossible to navigate anywhere here.

I have a situation.

I noticed tonite that when I star a post, then leave the thread, I come back to the thread and my star is gone.

I star it again and again. They don't stick.

Anyone else having this problem?
