Rape can be defined as a physical assault, mostly on the female population, but there are various forms of rape IMHO. There can be a mental rape as well, the word expressing that idea we all know, but it would not be welcome here in writing.

The victims of rape are defined by nature, but also by social status; depending who is viewed as strong and who is viewed as weak is of paramount importance. The weak members are encouraged to degrade themselves even further, by subtle, and explicit means.

No amount of feminism can change the culture of rape, when the underlying social structure spans thousands of years. In fact, feminism mutates, deviating from its original goals and becoming a hostile organism, the results of which we can observe daily.

Social initiative is commendable, but the problem is basically set in stone. Feminism, other movements, they are mere patches; patches on an already decaying social structure.

Yes I would tend to agree.

India comes to mind.

When you talk to people about the attitude in India or see comments on videos, forums etc., theres a hatred towards women and this attitude that they fully deserve to be violently raped.

I want to add: most rapists are actually acquaintances (like friends) of the victim. Is this widely known?

And Indian males outnumber Indian females.
