How can people say that this is a set back,
You do not know it is a set back unless you know the plan.

These people dont play on the same time line as us, they have made up their minds and a conflict will take place, because it didnt happen this week people think it is a set back.

well it may just possibly be a testing of the waters, it may also have been a way to polarize and isolate the US into going it alone for what ever reason.

It may have also been done to cause division amungst the US population to keep you divided.
