The bottom line question is this. Since the decision was made by the US, as well as some of her key allies to invade Iraq, are they doing enough to win. You hear the stories of lack of replacement parts, and no body armor for crying out loud.
Shouldn't it be that we go in with everything we have, crush the enemy and win outright? And no I don't mean Nukes. It seems to me that unless you do that you have nothing but a long lasting bloodbath that accomplishes nothing.

Yes the USA is doing enough in Iraq. More than enough. It's the rest of the world that isn't doing anything. Not just Iraq but any and all terrorist groups should be dealt with by the WORLD nations not just the USA.

I agree and disagree at the same time. Since our allies always basically seem to do little more than ride our coat tails, we should expect as much. We should be able to conquer absolutely, and swiftly. Help them to get started, and leave.

I agree Mindwalker. Your country has proven to be a true ally.

Would you agree though that the entire freedom force should stop piddling around and show how pwerful we really can be?

Yes superdude I do agree. It is time we said enough is enough. My own point of view is get the everyday common people out then tell the insurgents they have a couple of hours to surrender their weapons and themselves then nuke the place and completely rebuild then let the people back in. This would show the world we mean business and are willing to take extremes measures.

I will probably get hounded for this but this is my own point of view after losing good friends in the conflict.

The problem is not a (doing enough) or not is the mentality of the people in that area per say, the middle east has never trusted US and it never will, US purposes for invasion has never been very clear for the people in the area.

Most people in the middle east thinks US is there for the control of the oil.
