watching him flounder on the ground made me think of all those horrible B rated movies where the people can't stop falling over and get eaten by slow
zombies. I guess it's a real phenomenon. Who would have thought.
So obviously staged. Look at the camera distance from the first two shots, the camera is nice enough to zoom all the way to his face from at the end
of the hallway? So it must be of significant size, and we see three different angles of his face before we see the dinosaur. Then we get an angle from
behind him and we see people running, but there are no cameras from where the previous angle was being shot.
Dead giveaway when he sees the dinosaur, he was anticipating his own reaction and exaggerated and over reacted, spilling his drink and pretending to
fall over. So staged, and it seems like for a prank like this you wouldn't even have to script or stage anything, but they do to save money not
wasting time on people who don't give good reactions.
I agree. Aside from everything you pointed out, nothing about their movements seems natural. I think all of these japanese "prank" shows are faked.
Unfortunately, American "reality" shows are doing the same now. It's all about ratings.
