I read it this way.
If I recall.

We know when the ISS passes so we can send OUR ship UFOs on the same passage
over Bulgaria at the same time. As the UFO will fly lower and brighter we know that will
be noticed and afterwards we can note ISS passage and OUR UFO ships are in the clear.

Forget Aliens as UFO ships are all us.

Still, if the ISS is passing over bulgaria, and "our" ships (Tesla ships or whatever) are also flying over Bulagria at the same time, then why wouldn't people see both the ISS and "our" UFO?

You may say that "our" UFO would be directly under the ISS, but that would only be true for a certain tract of people directly beneath both (or along the specific "line of sight" between the UFO and the ISS) . If you were looking from another point of view (another viewing angle) only a few miles away, then you would see both the UFO and the ISS, because you would no longer be along that line of sight between the two objects.

Countless times ISS is not noticed by people.
People see the UFO.

What other way to say it.
People can say the ISS was there but can't eliminate some super ship just because
it has the nasty habit of glowing in the dark.

We can't expect FBI to express Tesla ship theories.
The ISS card is desirable to shush way a sighting because there is no other
official flying machine. You don't think anything other than ISS is possible
but I think the ISS is just another wrong id like balloons and rods and other
such ideas in daytime sightings.

I never said "I don't think anything other than the ISS is possible"

What I'm saying is that it is illogical to think that the pass of the ISS will somehow mask the pass of a UFO, as if people won't notice TWO big dots in the sky.

The ISS is often the brightest object in the sky when it passes. If an alleged UFO decides to pass overhead at the same time as the ISS, people will see two bright lights in the sky -- the ISS and the alleged UFO. Not just the UFO. The presence of the ISS won't mask anything.

I thought a random UFO was sighted and a ATS poster came up with ISS being
at the same time.

Probably a giant foam kite launched by a local troop of boy scouts who were celebrating the centennial celebration of their groups founding in the Strandzha foothills to the south.
