These things exist here too (in the U.S), it's not called a contract, the terminology has been manipulated into "Terms and Conditions". Terms and
Conditions are contracts once you agree to them.
I have passed up several jobs because they demanded a certain amount of time commitment on my part, which becomes a work contract once one agrees to
it, I always consider the consequences of anything over time, what if the job just wasn't something I could stand doing for a set amount of time?, I
end up paying them an early termination fee?, like with a cell-phone agreement?, by their slandering me in their repository of bad slave records?,
yup, credit report.
It's only a small step before one doesn't even get paid if an employer makes a spurious claim of dis-satisfaction with one's on the job
performance. People die and their memories die with them, history repeats itself for that exact reason.
Ignorance abounds..........
