If the world followed theft like a religion...

What would it be like if everyone in the world believed in stealing and practicing it? I don't mean borrowing, no... not that everyone owns everything. I mean stealing. People would try to retain the best things for themselves by picking and choosing from others. It would be a world composed by 'survival of the fittest'
What do you think it would be like?

It be like that movie about the guy who risked his skin and rep to plaster his name in prominent places and ran , and/or like we see w/ illegal base jumpers right now.
