Former U.S. Attorney Jay Fahy Found Dead

This is fairly new and I didn't see a thread on this after searching a bit, so here it goes.

There isn't too much on the web as of yet with regards to Mr. Fahy's death.
I wanted to create this post so people would be aware of who he was and his passing. He seems to be a somewhat high-profile attorney and the circumstances seem a bit off.

"Fahy was a former assistant U.S. Attorney in Newark, where he headed up a political corruption unit."

"Fahy's car was found in the driveway of his house, and police believe he walked to the railroad trestle where he apparently took his own life. A handgun was recovered at the scene, and the prosecutor said police do not suspect foul play."

Again, maybe this is truly a case of a despondent person, or maybe it was something else.
I think it's important to consider foul play or a "conspiracy" given Mr. Fahy's status/career.

ABSOLUTELY INDEED.

imho, in such cases . . . I ASSUME MURDER right off the bat . . . with a high level of confidence.

It has become the 'disposition of choice' with those who annoy the PTB or tell too much truth about them . . . or maybe just KNOW too much truth about them.

It has become ROUTINE.

Just like his cohorts and bosses.

Sounds like the Atny got off'd at the 'pleasure' of the PTB.

And, imho, even if it was an authentic suicide--something I consider highly unlikely--I'd still consider it a suicide by putting the guy in a terminally depressed rock and hard place. Perhaps they even threatened his family and/or extended family.

I don't know if there's a tie-in etc., but it's quite the statement in light of Mr. Fahy's death.

We may never know if Jay Fahy committed suicide or if there was foul play. Again, when one looks into the cases he tried, he dealt with political and police corruption etc., so, I'd be wary of an investigation.

He got bumped off. It's always a) a suicide, b) a heart attack or c) an accident

I wanted to add a bit more to this seeing as how this story has gone virtually unnoticed online.
