Since when do international agreements stop the USA from doing what we please? After all, all international agreements are unconstitutional, right?

It's part of the democrats job making plan. How many 100K $ plus people is it going to take to run the park. 30 or more people would be my guess. Were talking a lot of jobs in DC for just 1 new park

You seriously believe that the government ever does anything that costs nothing?

It's already costing money just to print the text of a stupid bill that will never be passed anyway.
