Super Man Vs Bat Man Whos the Victor?

IF I remember correctly, Batman has Lex Luthor's old Kryptonite ring. If he used that to even the playing field, Bats would win. Without the ring, Bats would win. Even without Kryptonite to soften Supes up, the Dark Knight would still win eventually.

He does have the ring. Superman gave it to him in case anything happened and Superman had to be taken down... and take him down he did.
